Lake 69
Cordillera Blanca

This hike starts at Cebollapampa (3950m) where we ascend to the lake. On the way see the variety of vegetation and wildlife.
The lake has a beautiful color and is located at 4600 meters at the base of Chacraraju Mountain (6100m). This is one of the most beautiful lakes, and is regularly visited by tourists, and has a good view of the Nevados Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Pisco and Yanapaccha.
This walk is very good for acclimatization, and can be completed in one day or combined with the Santa Cruz trek.
